TeamSNUG is made up of industry-leading call centers service providers and health systems that utilize Startel’s call center equipment. Their members, who range in size from 3 to 100+ seats, work together to help each other succeed. Membership in SNUG provides the invaluable opportunity to network and brainstorm with other successful call centers.

Alan Hartmann, Director of Software Development -Startel Corp.
Alan joined Professional Teledata (PTD) in 1997, following the merger of Tele-Data Systems and Professional Inbound, and served as Vice President of the company until the merger with Startel in September 2015. As the Director of Software Development for PTD, Alan draws upon his 40+ years of software engineering experience and 33 years of contact center and business management experience to oversee all current and future product development of the PTD product line.
Ryan Chinoski, Director of Operations - Rochester Telemessaging Center
Ryan Chinoski is Director of Operations for Rochester Telemessaging Center, a telephone answering and Call Service Center based in Rochester Hills, MI and founded in 1972. Ryan was chosen because of his exceptional dedication and involvement in the industry. But most of all he has shown selfless service to others as a Startel National User Group member. RTC has been an active member of SNUG since its inception in 1987.
