Terms and Conditions

  • Program: Startel Corporation would offer Telephone Answering Service Alerts (TAS Message Alerts) via SMS to interested customers. This will enable their customers to add a mobile monitoring medium to the status of their Telephone Answering service Alerts. This alert venue rounds out TAS message alerts currently being viewed/heard on voicemail and or email. The mobile phone number’s verification is done by the user receiving an MT message which they will reply to with confirmation in the form of Y, YES GO, OK, OKAY, ACCEPT or AGREE. Additionally, customers may select the type of alerts and other preferences which will determine, together with their account data, the frequency of alerts delivered to the customer. This program will be ongoing. Standard messaging charges apply. Customers will be allowed to opt out of this program at any time.

  • To Stop the Program: To stop receiving the messages on your phone, you can opt out of the program via SMS. Just send a text message that says “STOP” to this number: 96743. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. And after that, you will not receive any future messages.
