The Payment Portal

This cloud-based secure e-commerce site is where your accounts can access statements, view invoices and pay bills at their convenience. It is offered as an optional feature for Professional Teledata’s Accounts Receivable billing system, Total Billing Solution 3 (TBS3). The Payment Portal is supported by the Professional Teledata help desk, whose staff monitors and maintains the web server. The benefits of this portal include:

Benefits of Our Billing System

Strong accounting from the open-invoice Accounts Receivable system that includes the ability to export data to general ledger software, like QuickBooks. Flexible terms codes allow for greater focus on certain accounts, such as collections. It also supports both multiple offices and multiple billing cycles. Data from multiple offices can be centralized and processed from one database.

 

Integration with all TAS systems to import, manipulate, and archive usage statistics from call center equipment with Total Billing Solution. In fact, TBS has the ability to interface with any TAS platform and/or third-party system, like an independent voicemail system, to provide statistical data. TBS can even integrate client information, account setup and task assignment checklists to provide users with greater insight into their contact center.

 

Automated and flexible payment options that allow for automated payment entry and credit card processing with confidence using our PCI-compliant, Authorize.Net interface. Automated payment entry is also available via ACH payments and lockbox.
